This policy explains what personal data Tactical ETF Allocation, Switzerland, collects, why, and how it is handled. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We do not collect brokerage account data, portfolio data or trading activity. We never ask for them.
To provide the subscription and deliver the daily allocation, to manage billing and access, to answer your messages, to send the service e-mails you subscribed to, and to keep the Service secure. The legal basis is the performance of the contract with you and our legitimate interest in running the Service securely.
Some of these providers process data in the United States, which does not offer a level of data protection equivalent to Switzerland or the EU. Transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the Swiss-US and EU-US Data Privacy Frameworks. By using the Service you acknowledge these transfers.
The website uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. It stores only what is needed for its operation: your consent choice, and, for members, the dashboard session in your browser. If we add analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
Subscriber data is kept for the duration of the subscription and for 10 years afterwards for the accounting records required by Swiss law, limited to what those records need. Contact messages are kept for 2 years. Visitor e-mails are deleted on request or after 2 years without activity.
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@tacticaletfallocation.com; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, to your national authority.
Data is transmitted encrypted (TLS), stored in an access-controlled database, and access to administrative tools is restricted by secret keys. No system is perfectly secure; we notify affected persons and authorities of breaches as the law requires.
We may update this policy. The date at the top tells you when it last changed; material changes are announced to subscribers by e-mail.
